We inherited an initial iteration of the product, but the client wanted to take it to the next level and add new features. The key to this project was navigating the different stakeholders and consolidating all their ideas in a robust solution that would cater to leaders of different backgrounds.

We had to put together an aesthetic that speaks to a diverse audience, and provide the incentive for users to want to go through the journey. After all, most coaching tools are implemented by management, and people use them because they were asked to.

Finding the right balance between gamification and professional development was as important as the features and functionality.

The platform was built in Node.js and React, with both desktop and mobile-friendly designs in mind. We also integrated a tool that allows for easy communication with third-party Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate adoption at larger companies.
