Challenge
The company did not have an established in-house technology team when we started working together, and the goal was to assist them in building a digitally-minded operation over a traditionally manual context. They had a few disparate pieces of technology, and we wanted to move as much of the workflow as possible to either integrations or self-service.
Goal
Through digital transformation we wanted to build a platform that allowed users to go through the inventory, check availability, make the reservation, sign the contract, receive notifications, and subscribe to updates all in one sweep. On the business side, we wanted to integrate it with their existing Salesforce instance so their sales and marketing teams had all the necessary data to drive revenue growth and accelerate scaling.
